Due to the personalization and customization of products, all orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt. All attempts will be made to rectify any issues that may have occurred during order processing or shipment. To make your order right, a photo and/or return of the item may be requested. In the rare case an order error cannot be rectified, a refund for that item will be issued, determined on a case by case basis.
